In order to best help you with any questions or concerns, our support team may ask you to send a screenshot of what you are seeing in order to better assist you. To take a screenshot, use the method below for the type of computer system being used.

When you take your screenshot, please include the URL bar and page name so that we can pinpoint any issues you may be experiencing.

It is also frequently helpful to include the JavaScript console in your screenshot. The simplest way to access the Javascript console is to use the keyboard shortcut below for your operating system:

- Windows: Control/Ctrl + Shift + J
- Mac: Command/Cmd + Option + J
