All courses in the student course platform are made up of a combination of wiki pages, quiz pages, and assignment pages. The Modules page pulls these items together and puts them into a specific order for a class to follow.

Once the items are pulled together into a Modules page, criteria such as requirements and prerequisites can be applied. These criteria allow the teacher more control over the flow of a course.

This page is also where you will find the Teacher Sidebar containing all of your teaching resources.

Student View of the Modules Page

The following image highlights the major difference to be aware of between the student view and the teacher view of the Modules page - the course progression icons. Additionally, you will also see that editing/options features are not available to students.

As students move through the course, the course platform will add a green check mark next to items for which they have completed the requirements.
